They are looking for work from home agents to join their team, working from your very own home office. If you are a bright, energetic individuals who enjoy talking with people on the phone, and you have the in-depth understanding and the qualifications to provide callers with the highest quality of service, Accolade Support wants to hire you. Their clients demand the highest level of service possible. As a result, they are constantly working to develop a team of friendly and efficient support professionals to meet their current clients growing call volumes, as well as the many new clients they begin to service each month. You must possess ALL of the following skill sets: Technical skills - You must have the ability to provide desktop troubleshooting, resolve Internet connectivity issues, and with training, support software applications. Sales skills - You must be able to sell products and services to a diverse market of inbound calling customers. Customer service skills - You must be able to work with callers who may be frustrated or angry that something doesn't work as expected. A big part of this job is assuring the customer that you will help them, calm them down, and resolve the situation for them if possible. Patience and a genuine desire to help their customers is a must. Attention to detail - Alot of the time callers will relate information like phone numbers, email addresses, product numbers, messages, and details about their particular reason for calling. Accurately recording this information and sending in to their clients is crucial to your success as a Call Center Agent.
